Key Advantages of Sink Resin
Superior Crack Resistance
An elongation at break of ≥1.5% allows the cured Sink Resin to better withstand stress generated by temperature changes and daily use. Its crack resistance helps reduce the risk of stress cracking under thermal cycling conditions and supports the long-term reliability of finished bathroom products.
Excellent Hydrothermal Aging Resistance
The resin maintains structural integrity and surface gloss after long-term exposure to hot water at temperatures up to 80°C. This hydrothermal aging resistance makes it suitable for bathroom fixtures that are repeatedly exposed to heat, water, and changing service conditions.
High Surface Hardness (Barcol ≥37)
A Barcol hardness of ≥37 provides excellent scratch and surface-damage resistance. The high surface hardness helps minimize marks and damage during product demolding, transportation, installation, cleaning, and everyday use while maintaining the appearance of finished sanitary ware.
Low Shrinkage (≤2%)
A shrinkage rate of ≤2% helps control dimensional changes during curing and molding. This supports accurate product dimensions, reduces the risk of warping and deformation, and helps achieve a precise fit with drainage systems, overflow outlets, and other sanitary ware components.
